We are looking for a Part-time Administrator to join our small, friendly and supportive team.

Main duties will involve:

  • Managing customer enquiries via telephone and email
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer information, orders, and invoices
  • Resolving invoice queries
  • Updating company databases
  • Maintaining filing and other office systems 
  • Other general administrative tasks

Experience:

  • Administrative experience essential
  • Good knowledge and experience of using Outlook, Word and Excel 
  • Good literacy skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Pleasant and confident telephone manner

Hours: Monday to Friday, Part-time, flexible to accommodate work-life balance

Location: Our Hoddesdon Office

Salary: Negotiable - dependent on experience

Parking: On site parking available
